Today My came over and we decided to have a picnic up at this park near my house. We made
sandwiches, filled water bottles with juice and packed them into an old fashioned wicker suitcase along with apples and yummy pastries. Then we walked off to the park
with our lunch and a blanket. We set everything up in the shade of an oak tree and started our feast. It was really good. We walked around the park, which is more like a hiking area. We took pictures and enjoyed the sun. After a while it got a little to hot for our taste so we headed home. In all, it was really fun and I can't wait to do it again! Next time though, we'll do it on a day that's not so hot, or we'll bring an
ice chest with us.
