Nashville

Over Spring Break I went home with Walker to Nashville, Tennessee.

We stayed with his dad, Malcolm, in the most beautiful house in the woods. He has a cat named Gus, who can be lovable, but is also a terror.

We visited some of the most iconic places in Nashville, such as its very own Parthenon, equipped with full scale Athena statue.

We went to Cheekwood, which is a lovely botanical garden. All the tulips were in bloom!

Walker, Malcolm, and I spent an evening on their screen porch, reading and doing work. We found a bumble bee friend.

We hiked a little on the Natchez Trace. It was so beautiful!

I also got to spend time with Walker's mother, Miriam. I liked seeing the room he grew up in. We ate tons of great food! Walker's sister is a cook, so we got to eat lots of her food.

I had such a lovely time!
